Inlets
Underneath your parking lot, your underdrains are responsible for collecting groundwater and directing it away from your property. Acting like subterranean vacuums, your underdrains will suck water out of the soil, preventing water from permeating the surface layer and thereby increasing the longevity of your parking lot.
Underdrains
Carrying water from inlets or drains to on or offsite stormwater retention areas. Whether solid or perforate, they function as the veins and arteries of a parking structure. We employ best practices on every project to ensure that the proposed drainage solution safely and effectively moves water away from your parking infrastructure.
Stormwater Management
While requirements vary between states, having a stormwater management plan protects your property from flooding, erosion, and premature structural failure of your parking lots and sidewalks. We’ll help you determine the best storm management solution for your property based on the surrounding environment and your state’s regulations.
Paving
A successful pave starts with selecting the suitable materials and carefully prepping the surface for installation. Choosing the wrong materials or not preparing the surface correctly can lead to your new surface failing prematurely in as little as six months. With the suitable materials selected, PCS carefully broom cleans the surface and applies a thin layer of tack oil before laying down new asphalt in industry-standard two-inch layers. After the surface is installed, the PCS team will return the following day to paint new lines once the surface has cooled.
Inlet Repair
A damaged inlet can pose a trip and fall hazard to your tenants. Hiring the skilled team at PCS to repair your inlet will ensure the safety of your tenants while preventing more costly repairs in the future.
Inlet Reparge
You may not know it, but a thin coating of mortar protects the inside of your drains, called a parge coat. This protective layer prevents the concrete walls of your drain from absorbing water, salt, and other corrosive elements that can jeopardize the structural integrity of your drain system. This quick and affordable maintenance procedure will extend the life of your drain by as much as 2-5 years.
